Only now its real, folks. Our survival as a species is seriously threatened. Humans may not survive. Bad business practices are literally the core of the impending disaster. Its real, It’s happening fast. And its NOT PROFITABLE.
As the Dalai Lama writes: “In our present state of affairs, the very survival of humankind depends on people developing concern for the whole of humanity, not just their own community or nation. The reality of out situation impels us to act and think more clearly. Narrow-mindedness and self-centered thinking may have served us well in the past, but today will only lead to disaster. We can overcome such attitudes through a combination of education and training.”
Organizations can limp along focused on quarterly results, and have marginal success. Organizations can thrive in the short term, when their individuals are performing at high levels. But for businesses to be sustainable in the long term and actually CONTRIBUTE to the survival of humanity, their individuals must be trained to excel. They must become Everyday Superheroes.

Program Description
A “Superhero Team” is a group of people working together to effectively manage serious challenges. Trusting each other, safe to express the truth and standing for the common good, Superhero teams empower their team matesto break through barriers and perform at super effective levels. Super teams are unified and combine strengths to achieve extraordinary results.
David Ferrera, The Meeting Guy, is a living Superhero and has helped create Superhero teams across the USA. In this program, he teaches people the fundamental aspects of creating super effective teams that perform at their best, when the going gets tough!
