David Ferrera, The Meeting Guy, plans strategic retreats. He is a meeting facilitation and team building specialist. For over ten years, he has delivered programs that focus on communication, integrity, and results to executives, teams, and Boards of Directors.

The Meeting Guy has planned retreats and facilitated meetings across the USA. He has helped lead team building programs for Fortune 500 companies on two continents. He delivers fun, interactive, challenges designed to open the hearts and minds of business leaders.

He works in close affiliation with Odyssey Teams, Inc. (www.odysseyteams.com) and with Dr. Clue Treasure Hunts (www.drclue.com) to provide fun, diverse team building programs for groups as large as 1,000 participants.

In 2005, David launched The Meeting Guy, a virtual network of providers who all work to promote powerful, effective communication in the work place, and to have fun doing it!

David holds a Masters of Arts in Business degree, and a Certificate in Organizational Development and Transformation, from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
